We recently expanded our office space and needed used office furniture that would fit our budget. We also needed help to determine what would fit in the new space. Connecting Elements went out of their way to meet our needs and to make sure we would be satisfied. I'd like to take a moment and share my experience as a customer of Connecting Elements; our preferred furniture vendor for the last 3-4 years. Connecting Elements became a vendor for Bravo health in 2007. This was a critical time for Bravo Health as we were in the middle of historical growth. Between 2006 and 2010 our company grew from $400 million to nearly $2 billion in annual revenue. As one might imagine this kind of growth meant that we had to find and have the best possible vendors for almost any type of product or service. Unfortunately some of our vendors were not up to the challenge. They simply could not keep pace with our tremendous growth and we had to make some changes. One of the new vendors we chose was Connecting Elements for our office furniture requirements. It didn't take long for us to learn that Connecting Elements was a vendor that could deliver and meet our requirements during this rapid period of growth. They came through for us time after time and gained our trust as we added and expanded space in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Texas. During this period of growth, Connecting Elements, an authorized dealer for many well known office furniture manufacturers, met the challenge. They supplied, delivered and installed nearly $3 million of cost effective, high quality modular work stations, desks, chairs, tables, conference room furniture and many other miscellaneous items. The reality is we could have bought the same furniture from dozens of vendors. We chose Connecting Elements for their Expedient Service, Quality Installations, Fair Prices, Courage and the Ability to provide their Products and Service anywhere in the United States. With our growth at times spinning wildly, we frequently asked Connecting Elements to perform miracles. It was not uncommon for us to request 3-4 week turn around. More often than not they met our schedule. This was absolutely critical for our business and played a major roll with our success and ultimately the growth of our company. Matt is a miracle worker. Moving into new office space, I had some existing office furniture and needed desks, cubicles, storage and more. Matt took measurements of our three floors, created an overlay of all offices and work space and then placed proposed office furniture into the drawings. Then, he presented several options of what was available for each space. The delivery and set up people at Connecting Elements are amazing. Professional, clean and so cooperative. We had to furnish a new office from top to bottom for 75 employees - everything was delivered on time and when promised - great customer service.
