Client: Providence Country Club
Providence Country Club is a "full service, year round club featuring an exquisite Dan Maples designed golf course, fourteen tennis courts, and state-of-the-art pool facilities, including three pools and a newly constructed outdoor bar and dining area with a fire pit." It's one of Charlotte's premiere family country clubs, so when we had the opportunity to lend them a hand with furnishing some of their new outdoor seating, we were extremely excited!
The challenge was -
- After some impromptu changes were initiated in an effort to provide their clients with the best possible outdoor experience, we were brought in and challenged to provide beautiful, water-friendly, outdoor seating and umbrellas at a reasonable budget and still meet the deadline for opening the newly constructed outdoor areas.
The CEI designer on this project spent time researching our vast array of manufacturers to find ones that were well known for products that could be made quickly but had a reputation for being durable, safe, and beautiful to the eye. Then finishes were chosen to both be manufactured quickly and also match Providence Country Clubs elegant yet modern aesthetic and natural setting. We chose three manufacturers to cover all of the needed product in order to keep things simple and on time. We then worked closely with those manufacturers in managing the product orders to make sure everything went smoothly.
In the end, everything came together beautifully. Providence Country Club felt that we helped them meet all of their goals despite any unexpected changes, and we were the most accommodating of vendors to work with. The seating is comfortable and durable, and the umbrellas near the pool area are both stylish and safe. We hope to be able to work with Providence Country Club on any additional expansions in the future. In fact, you can read what Providence Country Club had to say about us, here.
